Welcome to my home on the World Wide Web!

I moved to beautiful Arcata back in October of 2008,
to complete my postdoctoral hours at Humboldt State Universtity's
Counseling and Psychological Services (I really like it).
Because of the move, I had to suspend, for a while, the teaching of
Italian conversation classes, as well as the cooking classes.
However I recently started again, (last Wednesday, Feb 11th, we had the first
Arcata's Italian Class, with a group of 4 students).
I also offer consultations in Italian cooking and style to restaurants
as well as to individuals.

As of June 14th, I am temporarily residing in Maharishi Vedic City, Iowa.

As a guest in my web-house, you are welcome to

pasta, and vegetarian dishes.
I believe in health-oriented cooking, meant to satisfy
both the senses and the soul.
