The old linear, sequential, "masculine" and Newtonian paradigm of reality
has "officially" given way to the new nonlinear, "feminine", quantum paradigm
of being in the world and living life.
In this new age creativity is a lot more important than predictability;
linear science has reached his limits and has begun to recognize it;
it is now needing to decide whether to jump into nonlinear mode,
where the Heisenberg principle will be minded, or remaining chained
to the old way to do things, which entails the scientific method as it
has worked so far (observation, formulation of theories, hypothesis
and testing, sequentially, and according to time/space/causality laws.)
The scientific method cannot "test" nonlinear realities, cannot provide
answers for the ancient questions of humankind (is there a God? What is truth?)
The (lower) mind cannot simply address issues as this one, because it is not
equipped with that ability. The lower mind belong to the linear and observable
reality that has so far dictated the way scientific research is conducted as well
as most people approach life.
The only way to address nonlinear realities is to transcend the lower mind,
hence abandon the use of thoughts (though we initiate the process of getting
there by using the thoughts) and get in touch with the higher, collective and unified,
nonlinear universal mind, where things happen simultaneously, and all possibilities
coexist in their potential state in the creative, quantic soup that is this pre-existential
level of consciousness. This is the direction the world is going, where we are all going.
Today I want to remember to appreciate my courage, my ability to see the
wholeness of life, to realize that to jump into the new paradgin deos not mean
to abandon the linear level of existence, as we need it to function in this world
(can you imagine doing things in society without the use of time?) but to be
able to see it in context, as existing together with its nonlinear counterpart,
which encompasses it, and hence enriching it.
Linear stems from nonlinear, while nonlinear does not need linear in order to be.
In evolutionary terms, the consciousness of mankind has come a long way,
and keeps evolving. From violent and primitive to sophisticated and global,
even though people operating at higher levels of consciousness still are the minority.
And yet perhaps we will soon see another "Golden Age",
without wars and violence, where art, beauty, bliss, and wholeness prevail.
Who knows? What I do know, is that would be definitely nice.
